2.1Setting up your club
Once you have registered and joined a league you own a club, with its own place in the standings, its own players, finances and history. New players are placed in whichever league has an open slot.
After you take over, head to the free agent market or send scouts out to find players, then set your tactics and pick training focuses for your squad.
2.2The dashboard
The dashboard is your daily entry point. It pulls together what your club needs you to look at first, such as:
- Your record and where you sit in your division or league.
- Your next opponent, whether you are home or away, and when the game settles.
- Recent results and how the team is trending.
- Payroll, cash and a summary of your latest financial results.
- Bankruptcy warnings, the current stage of the season, and anything else that needs your attention.
Start every session on the dashboard. If a big opponent is next, set a per-game tactic. If a financial warning is up, check payroll and budgets before you commit to any more long-term spending.
