6.1Training is a long game
The training page is where you set each player's focus. A training assignment concentrates your resources on a specific side of his game.
6.2Assignments and training history
You can see what each player is working on and how he has moved recently. The value of the history is the trend: whether he is genuinely developing in the direction you set, whether he has stalled, and whether the resources would do more for a teammate with room left.
A training assignment is that player's focus for the week. Development takes sustained work, and the item you assign is the one that grows faster.
6.3Condition, fatigue and health
Condition moves with games, rest and the calendar. Leaning hard on your best players can win you games now while fatigue builds underneath; health spending and a sensible rotation are how you manage that risk over a season. You are always choosing between tonight and the next five months.
Health investment improves how your club handles injuries and recovery, but it cannot rule problems out. If you depend on a handful of players, the most reliable protection is still a real rotation and real bench depth.
6.4Age, Peak and decline
Players grow, reach their Peak and eventually decline, and the different sides of their game do not move together:
| Group | How it moves |
|---|---|
| Physical tools | Peak earliest and start declining earliest. |
| Skill | Builds up over time and holds on much longer. |
| Experience | Accumulates steadily and never declines. |
